Returns, Refunds & Policies
We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of shipping. All returned items must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with tags still attached.
Returns Eligibility:
- 14 Days from shipping date to return or exchange.
- Items are in unworn, unwashed condition with tags still attached
- All Sale styles, Hairbows and Dog accessories are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
- All items that were Monogrammed or Embroidered are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
- We charge a $7.00 Shipping fee for all returns
- If your item was damaged upon receipt, please contact lunevehome@gmail.com
International Orders:
Orders shipped internationally aren't eligible to return or exchange; Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
If you believe your package is lost, email us right away at lunevehome@gmail.com so that we can take care of it as quickly as possible. Please report lost packages to us within 7 business days of the original delivery date.
Kindly note if a package has been delivered to the correct shipping address that was provided at checkout and/or has been signed for upon delivery, we cannot be held responsible for that package.
Chargeback Policy:
We understand that you may have questions or concerns regarding credit card transactions, or the possibility of fraudulent purchases. In an effort to accommodate our customers, we kindly ask that you reach out to us prior to opening a chargeback with your bank. This allows us the flexibility to investigate the order and refund or replace your order in a timely manner. Once a chargeback is opened, we are unable to refund your order and the process to reconcile can take between 30 - 90 days depending on bank processing time.
